Organisational Design

The Scale Institute’s Innovation Framework is a holistic guide to guide organisations to develop and purposeful concepts for new products, services, processes, programs and strategies. The framework follows a structured Design-Led Innovation approach, giving our partners confidence and a clear roadmap on starting points, steps and milestones. It turns the innovation process into a science, where problems can be broken down to its components and effectively measured, avoiding the frustration usually associated with ‘innovation’.

Innovation Product Management

The Scale Institute will provide a dedicated senior executive for the duration of the consultancy agreement to manage the innovation development process. We have a genuine interest in identifying and building innovation academies, new technology enabled businesses, with a focus on the learning experience.

Staff Secondment

Embedding Innovation requires more than just training and workshops. The Scale Institute is committed to seeing the knowledge to action gap reduced. It is a recommendation to have existing team members trained as innovation coaches and learning design consultants for the duration of the consultancy. Being a participant in the innovation process may seem fun and easy, however, organisations need to be aware that the role is much more involved.

Professional Development

Our immersive workshops provide a different kind of learning by introducing an entrepreneurial toolkit. We "set the scene" for your community to identify and define current problems, unlock blind-spots in their current business operations and drive growth opportunities for their business.
